What is the difference between an online form and a fillable PDF?
An online form lives on your website and people fill it out in their browser, with answers sent to you. A fillable PDF is the document itself with typeable fields. Online forms are easier on phones and easier to collect answers from. Fillable PDFs are handy when people need a file to save, print, or sign.
Can you turn any PDF into a form?
Almost any. Clean, text-based PDFs are easiest. Scanned or low-quality ones may need to be recreated, which we will explain before quoting.
Where do the answers go?
To the email addresses you choose. We can also set up a copy for the person who filled it out, and spam protection so junk does not reach you.
Can people sign the form?
We can add a signature box, typed or drawn. Whether that is legally enough depends on the document and where you are, so we will tell you what to check, and we are not a law firm.
Is it safe to collect personal information this way?
We build forms to send data securely and keep only what you need. If you collect sensitive information such as health or financial details, tell us up front so we can plan for it and recommend the right approach.
Can you build it on my existing website?
